This WP raises the awareness of the target group (end-users) to the effectiveness of enhancing physical activity to improve the levels of psychological well-being. The project team tries to represent the scientific findings in easy and understandable language for the participants and present the inputs in friendly awareness-raising organized in the form of physical and online events. It is assumed that such events can encourage young women to have more physical activity and an active lifestyle, not only for having a healthier body (which is not the topic of this project) but also for their perceived happiness and well-being.
OBJECTIVES:
Raising the awareness of young women in the Balkans about the circumstances and levels of effectivity of physical activity on their perceived well-being based on fresh research results.
