Kick-off Meeting: 22-23 September, 2022
Overview
A kick-off meeting of the project was held in Berlin, Germany, in which the team discussed the agenda of the activities. The structure of the project is fixed. The work plan management is done. During this meeting, all of the partner groups introduced themselves with presentations.
This meeting included a discussion about the following work packages:
Work package 1: Project management
The steering commission’s (SC) members and dissemination commission’s members (DC) were selected during the kick-off meeting.
The next project meeting will be held in Serbia at the end of April or early May.
NTUA and UGD will inform TUB about the necessity of the partnership agreement.
Work package 2: Background study
URE will provide a table of content for the background study and send it to NTUA.
Work package 3: Base-line data collection
The participant groups are 18-30 years old inactive women in the Balkan region.
Data collection will be done in May and June 2023.
The questionnaire will be designed by the end of Feb 2023.
The template for the dataset, and guidelines will be designed by the end of April 2023.
The data collection will be done online.
Work package 9: Dissemination and exploitation
URE will make Google Derive and email group.
URE will design 3 options for the logo by the following physical meeting.
URE will design templates for the doc, and presentation by the following physical meeting.
URE will design the website for Fit-Balkans by the following physical meeting.
